I have been buying fresh mushrooms from Dalton for the past two years, at the farmers market on Yorkmont Road [Charlotte Regional Farmers Market].

I find his supply to be extremely fresh and flavorful. He has introduced me to varieties I would have never known of otherwise. His enthusiasm is contagious. The cultivation course was well worthwhile; I went home with an inoculated log and far more knowledge than when I started. I highly recommend the class, as well as his mushrooms!
